Now I build the assets it should be buying. Most of that career was in private banking and wealth advisory, at Citibank, Julius Baer, JM Financial and Neo Wealth, working with Indian family offices and principals. It taught me one thing above the rest. Institutional capital does not buy narratives. It buys predictability, enforceable structures, protected downside, and the confidence that an asset can endure. Since 2024 I have worked on the other side of that equation, around a single idea: schools, sports grounds and clinics are not charity. They have long lives, contracted tenants and cash flows you can model. What they lack is a structure institutional money recognises. What I'm building: ALTXRA, Co-Founder & CEO, since June 2026. A platform being built so people can own a fraction of income-producing community infrastructure, through ring-fenced ADGM special purpose vehicles and permissioned certificates. At pre-seed, and pursuing full FSRA authorisation in Abu Dhabi. ESA T20, Co-Founder, since April 2025. A franchise cricket league built with the boards of Rwanda, Zambia and Malawi, the first time three ICC Associate Members have backed a single league. Season one is planned for Kigali, subject to ICC sanctioning. SriYantra Education Catalysts, Founder & CEO, since August 2024. Capital and structuring for K-12 school infrastructure.
